Mira Technical Consulting LLC was founded to bridge the gap between enterprise-level technical expertise and the businesses that need it most — small and mid-size organizations that don't always have the internal capacity to tackle complex technical challenges on their own.
We work across three disciplines that are deeply interconnected: AI adoption, engineering operations, and program management. Our Leadership
Founder & Owner
Jon founded Mira Technical Consulting to bring the kind of operational expertise he built over a decades-long career in enterprise software to businesses of all sizes. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Jon has spent his career at the intersection of engineering leadership and operations — most recently serving as Vice President of Engineering Operations at CentralSquare Technologies, and previously as VP of Engineering Operations at symplr, where he led a 20-person team and helped the organization deliver within 5% of quarterly plan across more than 24 consecutive quarters. He has led the integration of eight acquired engineering organizations and built company-wide AI adoption programs from the ground up.
He is also a named inventor on four issued U.S. patents in automated workforce management systems.
